This paper describes and illustrates 47 species of Mesozoic Ostracoda from two deep wells in eastern North Carolina. The Ostracoda described herein were obtained from two deep wells in eastern North Carolina: (1) Esso Standard Oil Co., Hatteras Light well No.1, long. 7531'4" W., lat. 3515'0.5" N., Cape Hatteras, Dare County, N. C.; (2) Esso Standard Oil Co., North Carolina Esso well No. 2, long. 7533'54" W., lat. 3542'12" N., Pamlico Sound, Dare County , N.C.
